andrea SARIC
I help purpose-led brands and organizations build the operational foundations that let them stay true to who they are. I've always worked at the edge of two worlds: one foot in creative culture, the other in organizational structures. Over the past decade, I've helped studios, founders, and independent brands build the systems that allow them to move with clarity.
ABOUT
I've spent over a decade working at the edge of creativity and operational systems - in visual arts and cultural production, independent design studios, and most recently early-stage digital ventures. What stays constant is the belief that the best systems are supportive of the people and values that guide them.
In 2019, I started an ongoing art project Crystal Clean with graphic designer Dora Bilandžić. Our work has resulted in four solo exhibitions, participation in numerous group shows, as well as artistic interventions and collaborations at cultural events and festivals.
I hold a Master’s in Management of Creative Business Processes (Copenhagen Business School) and a Master’s in Management and Organization (University of Zagreb).
Outside of work, movement is how I like to think. I run, hike, and have practised yoga and meditation for well over ten years. This is integral to how I approach work. I'm drawn to brands and teams that understand the relationship between inner clarity and outer performance.
